My Approach

I use a range of tools, including the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and my signature approach is the Mapping Equity Framework. This framework helps leaders see how equity and cultural humility can be woven into their decision-making, team dynamics, and strategic vision. More than a model, it’s a way of holding leadership accountable to both results and relationships.

That said, coaching with me isn’t a rigid program. It’s a partnership, warm, challenging, and reflective, that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll use curiosity, humility, and candor to help you grow as both a leader and a person.
