Equity Alignment Lens Guide
If you have been engaged in any diversity, equity, and inclusion work or broader conversations, you have likely heard the term equity lens. Yet, there is still a tremendous amount of confusion as to how organizations can leverage it as a tool in their work. Navigating Cultural Differences
As workplace communities become more diverse, you are more likely to encounter colleagues, clients, and volunteers from various backgrounds. We view this as an enriching experience that often fosters increased creativity and better solutions as we learn from other’s perspectives. While there are benefits to engaging across differences, there can also be challenges as we learn to work together effectively.
As you reflect on workplace dynamics and situations you may encounter, we encourage you to consider these strategies.
