The last several years, in the midst of the dual pandemics of COVID and racial inequity, the proverbial curtain was pulled back, revealing the unspoken truths of our nation — understanding what’s been exposed, what lies ahead, and what this means for businesses – leaders and our employees. As business leaders, we were asked how we were actively creating equitable, inclusive, and safe spaces for our teams to show up to work, and today, how we apply equitable practices to our return to the “office.”

The opportunity at hand presents itself not only in how we continue the conversation, but also how we prioritize the implementation of goals that center racial equity and further the strategic direction of the organization. And in a nod to sustainability, how we normalize this work into the culture of our businesses.

Wendy and Danielle can create in-house Reimagining Racial Equity workshops and consulting for individual organizations. Call to inquire.

Our Spring Session runs from April 16, 2024 – June 4, 2024.

We developed Reimagining Racial Equity, an eight-week workshop intensive to help guide participants through the exploration of racial equity more deeply: what it is, how it differs from, and is more than diversity and inclusion. Led by Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Strategist Danielle Marshall of Culture Principles and Executive Coach Wendy Moomaw of the Conscious Collaboratory®, you will both learn and reimagine how to infuse the work of racial equity into your own strategic awareness and ultimately impact your organization with the ideas created from this new awareness. We’re holding a space for inclusivity that honors multiple perspectives and lived experiences.

This co-created workshop experience will be anchored in the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), a premier cross-cultural assessment, and will focus on dialogue, engagement and application to deepen understanding around racial equity. This workshop series is suited for leaders who are committed to moving their organizations towards more equitable and just outcomes for all. The learning space will also use current examples from participants’ own organizations to practice applying a racial analysis and developing racially equitable solutions.

The details.

Attendance at all eight workshops is very important. Confidentiality is honored; sessions will not be recorded or shared.

The cost to attend this 8-workshop intensive is $2500 per person. Early bird pricing for the series is $2250 per person if registered by April 2nd. On April 3rd, pricing goes up to $2500.
